We got back last week from our hectic but fun weekend in Houston for Ben's wedding. My high school friend Michelle watched Liam with her adorable twin boys while mom and dad went to the wedding and danced to Nelly and Outkast at the reception, just like old times!

We had a great Easter weekend here in Tulsa, almost all of the O'Connells came down for a visit and the rain stayed away almost the entire time! Thank goodness everyone got here safe and sound, and Liam loved egg-hunting and playing with his grandparents, Kevin, Missy and Pat all weekend. He is starting to push his walker toy around without help, open and close cabinets and doors and make lots more scary but exciting developments. He continues to babble, particularly by himself in the backseat or sitting in his highchair, mostly "baba" but a few "mamas" in there, though not directed at anyone in particular. He had a good 9-month visit but dropped to the 25th percentile in weight, not really concerning but we're making sure to try things like yogurt, cheese and avocado at mealtime. Still getting enough to eat at night! He's got so much more of a personality everyday, it's pretty fun to watch it unfold and help him figure things out.
