We have had a fun chilly March so far! Liam was on "spring break" last week, so we had a good week doing playdates, running errands and watching the big tractors tear up our street.
Liam is a big boy these days. He is very curious, starting to ask "Why?" and "what's that?" all of the time. He is starting to pick up on phrases that we must say often, like starting sentences, "How about…," "I've been looking all over for that!" and "I'm a big boy to play baseball!" He is very creative and imaginative, he loves to hear made-up stories and make up games. Also still very particular about his food, when he wants a frozen waffle he won't let us toast it, he wants a
frozen waffle.
Grace is really coming into a personality too, she is a ham and loves to make people laugh and laugh at herself. Tonight at dinner she came up with a move resembling the "sprinkler" dance and performed over and over again. She loves patting and hugging Liam, it's really fun to see them play and enjoy each other. She is on the move, grabbing for someone's finger so she can walk where she wants to or scaling the furniture and walls, but also crawling finally! They both love finger-play songs and games, which comes in handy on car rides like our trip to St. Louis for St. Patrick's Day.
