Summer Fun

We are having a great summer and ready for school! The kids are a real wolfpack these days, they play together, are silly together, sometimes annoy and fight each other but are mostly filling each others days with love and happiness. Liam is a big 5 year old boy and loves making up words and sounds, doing word searches and mazes, Legos, any kind of soccer/baseball/football outdoors and is a smart, funny guy. He loves oatmeal at breakfast and eats about all of his calories before 3pm, as anyone who's eaten dinner with him can attest. Grace is a sweet big girl too, she has taken to "running" and claims that all of her clothes are her "running clothes." She is the early riser and a cuddly, thoughtful, silly girl with an unforgettable voice. She wants to be Cinderella for Halloween, we'll see if she sticks to it! And Brigid is keeping up with both of them, she sits between them on the couch, follows them into trenches of rough play in the basement and generously shares her food with them or the dog. She is saying "more," "all-gone," lots of "uh-oh," Mama/Dada, cookie, "gah-gah" for dog, "yum" for good food, "Mum-mum" for Liam and "whoa!" when she's doing something fun. Other than those phrases, she banshee screams for any other needs. She likes to play peek-a-boo and touch ears, eyes, nose and stick out her tongue in imitation. If she hears a sibling crying, she will run over to them and get right in their face with a "Hi! Hi!" and a big grin to make them feel better.
